Procedure

• Consultation: We will advise you quickly and competently, also via video call. We can give you an initial assessment through our correspondence with the clinic. You will always receive firm prices from us for every type of dental treatment. However, the recommended scope of treatment can only be determined during the initial examination. With 100% cost transparency, you decide which treatment you want.
• Appointment with the Clinic: You tell us your preferred date, and we will discuss it with the clinic and arrange an appointment for you.
• Travel Planning: If desired, we plan your trip or vacation with you. We book the travel arrangements with you. Either you book directly through our partners, or through a travel agency of your choice.
• On-site Support: We will personally pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. For every treatment appointment, we will pick you up from your hotel and accompany you throughout the entire duration of the treatment.
• Translation: Our on-site assistants speak excellent German and translate all communication with the clinic for you.
• Follow-up Care: In the case of larger procedures, we maintain regular contact with you in the first few months after the treatment and always consult with the clinic about your satisfaction.
